As the CEO of Jangro and with almost 40 years’ experience working within the Cleaning and Hygiene industry, Joanne is our leading lady.
She ensures everything from the Membership to Head Office and to our Group’s blue chip national accounts all run smoothly and that the Jangro Group provide an unrivalled offering and service. As a highly regarded industry professional, she sits on the several industry association boards and is proud to be a Court Assistant of the Worshipful Company of Environmental Cleaners.

Worked in the Janitorial industry for over 30 years. Focus on Sales & Marketing, initially distributing Floorcare machinery into a multitude of Industries, & then spent many years developing client relationships within FM, Healthcare, Local Authority & Education markets.
Active member of the Jangro Group Development Committee for over 15 years, working on product development & brand evolution. Delivering a vast range of resources & added value for the group.
Elected to the Jangro Board of Directors in 2011, & took up his current position as Director of Sales & Marketing for Jangro in December 2017.

Gary has been the Managing Director of Janitorial Express for over 30 years and is committed to “Accelerating the Worlds Transition to Sustainable Cleaning”. He is currently the Master of the Worshipful Company of Environmental Cleaners, a City of London Livery Company and has been on the Jangro Board for over 20 years. He also served on the Jangro Sales and Marketing Committee for a similar amount of time.
He is a keen supporter of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation which promotes a circular economy, furthermore he has a Circular Economy verified certificate of achievement from the Delft University of Technology in Holland.

Ryan has worked within Jangro for over a decade, having started in Sales and Marketing in 2009. Nowadays he is Managing Director of Bowak and joint Director of Procurement for Jangro.
Working with partners throughout the supply chain, Ryan strives to add value to every aspect of Jangro product and service, and to ensure Jangro continues to be recognised as a consistently reliable partner as well as a dynamic force for positive change.

Ross has over 25 years of experience in the Cleaning & Hygiene sector having started in the Family business in 1997. He has a passion helping his clients at Maintenance Supply to reduce their carbon output through smarter product choice, better training and product innovation whilst reducing waste, packaging and delivery miles.
Ross joined the Sales & Marketing committee at Jangro in 2012, Part of a unique and diverse team, he helped bring to market some of Jangro' most loved and used products and services today.
In 2017 he was invited onto the Board at Jangro, followed in 2022 by becoming the Director of the Innovations & Sustainability committee.

At Jangro, she leads the sustainability strategy, enhancing product development and supply chain efficiencies while fostering relationships with suppliers and customers.

Mike joined the Jangro family in 2014, and progressed to the position of Procurement Manager in 2022.
Mike manages a team of Category Buyers, supported by a Coordinator to ensure that our high standards are maintained and Jangro leads the way with our product offering, pricing and support.
Mike also oversees the tender process for Jangro branded products ensuring these are evaluated fairly, ethically and in line with CIPS best practice.

Darren joined Jangro in Aug 2022. He has over 30 years of finance experience across several industries in both the public and private sector.
Although new to this industry, Darren is hoping to bring improvements in transactional processing, which will in turn improve reporting and provide insightful information to aid decision making in the business.

Kate heads up the National Accounts Division and, along with this team, is the first point of contact for clients, focussed on owning and developing those relationships whilst working in tandem with the internal teams and members to continue to grow and evolve the Jangro brand.

Iain has been working in IT since the early 00's and has seen a lot of changes in his time. Iain joined Jangro in 2016 and heads up the team of IT Specialists at head office.
He is involved in all aspects of committees that bring new development and innovations on the technology side to the fore front, working on our award winning Jangro Learning Management Solution as well as making sure head office is up to date on industry standard ISO27001 and Cyber Security compliance.
